Why
Fixes #4891
As requested by the community member, it make sense to add a bit more information on releases to the Versions page. Not only people switching versions might land here, but also looks like SEO tends to promote this page above Releases in Google search results.
How
Add Releases table fragment to the Versions page, add a paragraph redirecting more interested people to the Releases Overview page. Additionally, I have made small visual improvements and make sure that headers and tables matches the style/appearance on the rest of the doc pages.
