Update name in installation instructions

The instructions referred to the old name behastan/behastan and this resulted in the installation of an old version which does not work properly. They should refer to rector/behastan instead

The composer should tell you about the deprecation and the new package, but I guess it's only subtle warning easy to miss

Yeah, I missed the warning. But looking back into the composer output I can see that it prints:

Package behastan/behastan is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use rector/rector instead

I guess that should be rector/behastan, shouldn't it?
