The test failure in quarkus.jdt.tests seems like it's a flakey test, but the ones in qute jdt tests seem more real

I can't reproduce the test failures in qute-jdt locally when I check out this PR; I'll try rerunning the CI

No more changes needed from my side, I think it's good to go!

Fixes compilation. I verified that if you switch to the prerelease versions of vscode-java and vscode-microprofile, the language servers will launch and operate properly.
