BAU 27292 - PHP upgrade and error code fixes

This pull request includes the following updates and changes to fix errors, update the .gitignore file to exclude/push the appropriate folders/files, update composer.json file to support multiple PHP versions and ensure Codeception compatibility with all PHP versions:

MultiDb.php

• fix type must be array and compatibility errors

• update .gitignore file to exclude the /vendor folder and push the composer.lock file
