Document the new harmony USP adapter (Infinity Events + Harmony Email & Collaboration restore requests). Covers the Infinity Portal credential setup, the regional gateway URL, the two sub-sources and their tuning knobs, the at-least-one-source rule, the adapter-added record annotations, CLI / IaC / Web UI deployment paths, and a sample D&R rule.
