We wanted to build a Drupal View of the gift membership codes (to see which codes had not yet been claimed).
This is some initial work which exposes Gift Membership Codes when in combination with CiviCRM Entity module.
#3 precedes this, so please review and merge that first, which will make this a smaller change.
