Thinking being that there is a verification flow we want to mark. Didn't want to tie it to file name, that's a bit too magical for me.
Edited the first chapter to add context, ease transitions, improve layout.
* Added sections for 'lcov' and Tyche. * Forgot to 'git add' the images. * Clarified sentence on line-by-line data.
