Replace all remaining references to the old Luftfartsverket GitHub organization with the new reqstool org across README, Java source, and test resource files. Also remove the outdated reference to mimicking the Maven plugin behavior.
Move content to docs/modules/ROOT/pages/ and replace README with badge shields and a link to the Antora documentation, matching the style of reqstool-java-maven-plugin.
