Add jdk25 testing to GH CI

Adds jdk25 testing to GitHub CI.

JDK Latest is so far also 25. I tried 26, but got this error:

We will probably need to wait for released Temurin build of jdk26. (not just nightly EA)

I'm not in favour of altest anyway. It needs constant maintenance, and is alwasy late and broken....

I think it becames more useful longer after LTS release, so that more recent jdk can be tested. (At least on linux)
