Following big caveats: * The user / group creation did not work on my domain joined machines, i have to look into that. Disabled it for Windows * Replacement groups for the folders are for GERMAN Windows only, these need to be localized based on a fact * The handling might well differ between domain joined and standalone windows machines, maybe need a fact for that too.

quite probably not acceptable for merging but maybe someone has a good idea for a sleak fix for the below problems.
