GlazierGrid

Finally, project management software that understands what a silicone bite depth actually means.

GlazierGrid handles estimating, install scheduling, and thermal performance certification for commercial glazing contractors from a single dashboard. It auto-generates LEED documentation straight from your glass specs and tracks every warranty claim by IGU serial number. The glazing industry has been running on carbon-copy invoices and pocket notebooks for forty years — that ends now.

Features

  • Full estimating pipeline from takeoff to signed contract, no spreadsheet required
  • Thermal performance engine validates against 14,000+ IGU configurations in under 200ms
  • Auto-generates LEED v4.1 documentation directly from imported glass specs
  • Warranty claim tracking tied to IGU serial numbers with manufacturer sync
  • Install scheduling with crew assignment, lift equipment logistics, and weather holds built in

Supported Integrations

Salesforce, Stripe, Procore, BlueBeam, GlazeTech API, VitroSync, Cardinal SpecBuilder, AccuWeather Enterprise, ThermalBase, Xero, WarrantyVault, LeedTrack Pro

Architecture

GlazierGrid is built on a microservices architecture with each domain — estimating, scheduling, certification — running as an independently deployable service behind an internal API gateway. MongoDB handles all financial transactions and contract state, which gives the estimating engine the document flexibility it needs for non-standard curtain wall specs. Redis stores long-term IGU serial number history and warranty chain-of-custody records. The frontend is a React SPA that communicates exclusively over a versioned REST API so third-party integrators don't get surprised by schema changes.
