This PR fixes a typo in Appendix B.2.1. Debug Module Interface Access.

Before:
"... and then the second scan scan must be performed again."

After:
"... and then the second scan must be performed again."

Remove duplicate word "scan" in the sentence "... and then the second scan scan must be performed again."
