The Cinder plugin was originally written for Havana. The new features in Icehouse allow us to be much more efficient with the plugin, this commit refactors. The counters collected have different names to the older plugin, this will break existing graphs.

Hi, OS :UBUNTU 14.4 Iam trying to see openstack logs in Graphite dashboard . Iam able to see Keystone Plugins using your github document. But iam unable to see remaining services. Its showing plugin failed. Please try to send me or share me Remaining Plugin config files. |
- The old way to get tenant images is totally wrong. - Fix the way to print error message, some exceptions do not have 'errno' property. - Fix config parsing in case the value is empty string.
