Consolidates the open dependabot PRs into one CI cycle.
Leaves vite-plugin-dts on 4.x: the 5.0 major switches to unplugin-dts, which fails dts generation against the current @vue/language-core (Named export getDefaultCompilerOptions not found). Tracking that separately in #32.
Dependabot closes its PRs once this lands. Both runtime range bumps stay within the existing caret ranges, so consumers are unaffected; no release needed.
