This PR adds logic to get the Video ID from the DOM when the ID cannot be parsed from the
<video>element or from thewindow.location.Currently this only checks the "canonical" and "shortlinkUrl"
<link>tags, but those are probably the most reliable, since they are common best practices and are not really subject to DOM structure changes.
