This commit adds support for the Realtek RTL8777G platform to OpenThread. Key changes include: - Implementation of platform drivers for RTL8777G, including radio, UART, SPI, and other necessary peripherals. - Integration of the Realtek RTL8777G SDK as a submodule. - Build scripts and documentation updates to support building and flashing OpenThread on RTL8777G. - Example applications and instructions for using OpenThread CLI on the RTL8777G platform. This port enables developers to run OpenThread on Realtek RTL8777G SoCs, expanding the hardware support for Thread networks. Please refer to the updated README.md for build and usage instructions.
