Add initial board support for the RTL8777G Dongle Evaluation Board. The RTL8777G belongs to the RTL87x2G SoC series (Arm Cortex-M55 / KM4). This board features: - 4MB flash with standard RTL87x2G partition layout - 100KB SRAM (tcm0) - UART2 console at 115200 baud (P3_0 TX / P3_1 RX via FT232RL) - 3x LEDs on GPIOA (pins 17, 18, 21) - 4x Buttons on GPIOB (pins 7, 8, 21, 22) - BLE via bee_bt_hci Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
