Summary

Wait for the query-specific fixture document before sending the confirmation or fallback dialog key events.
Prevent a slower CI runner from acting on the previous document during a navigation.

Verification

npm run check
npm run a11y:check --prefix apps/theme-manager (10 consecutive local runs)
