this card is unironically horrifying
significantly lowered the description length and made it more comprehensible
this needs to be upped i literally sat 2 entire cycles and nothing happened
nevermind i did another cycle and 2 spawned, maybe make it so at least once per cycle one will spawn.
i cant get this description in a state i like but this is good enough ig

couple things damocleas should have 1 dropwig spawn per cycle rather than a random chance every cycle, since i almost had an entire use of the card with no dropwigs (2 1/2 cycles) |

edited the descriptions that have been added since my last changes, might go through and change a decent few in the future because im not exactly happy with them but these are significantly better for understanding and readability
