Registers the header include-prefix rule decided with xmNavigation's
xmnav/rename (rxdu/xmNavigation#46): the include prefix defaults to the fullxm+word, but a long function word may register a short form — one per component, recorded here (navigation →xmnav/, messaging pre-registered asxmmsg/). Repos, pins, C++ namespaces, CMake packages, and package names never abbreviate.
