The tag pages listed every other topic only at the very bottom, below the whole guide list. On a busy tag you had to scroll the full list to reach a neighbouring topic.
This repeats the same chip row directly under the page header, keeping the bottom one in place. Same markup and same
herehighlight; the top copy carries a.topclass for its own spacing and skips the scroll reveal since it sits above the fold.
