Holding: CI is failing (not a rebase conflict). The PHPUnit (PHP 8.5) job fails in the composer rector-check step, not in the tests: rector/rector 2.5.9 reports Rector\TypeDeclarationDocblocks\Rector\ClassMethod\AddParamArrayDocblockFromDataProviderRector" is deprecated and exits 1. This is unrelated to this dependency bump. A rebase won't fix this — needs a human/upstream fix (drop or replace the deprecated Rector rule in the shared config).
