production /api/card returned 500 because Manrope WOFF assets were missing from Vercel trace; route-scoped tracing restores them; daily protected cron sends reminders every 72 hours only to unverified transactional opt-ins, with fresh 24-hour tokens, idempotency, and persisted delivery tracking. Validation: 134 tests passed, production build passed, card trace includes four font weights, local card returned 200 image/png, unauthenticated cron returned 401.
