SpecForge AI

Bridging the Hardware Translation Gap with AI-Native Engineering.

SpecForge AI is an agentic engineering platform designed to automate the transition from unstructured conceptual sketches to ISO-compliant, factory-ready manufacturing documentation.

By leveraging a proprietary Vision-to-Tolerance (V2T) pipeline, SpecForge AI extracts geometric relationships from images and generates precise engineering specifications (GD&T, BOMs, Material Specs) that are validated for manufacturability via Accio Work before being routed to the Alibaba.com supplier ecosystem.

Project Status

  • Phase: Alpha Development (Stealth)
  • Competition: CoCreate Pitch 2026 - Los Angeles Finals Candidate (0-to-1 Startup Track).
  • Milestone: Currently validating the V2T pipeline accuracy through physical CNC-machined bracket production cycles.

The V2T Pipeline (Vision-to-Tolerance)

SpecForge AI is built on a multi-agent orchestration layer designed for "Production-Ready" AI:

  1. Vision Agent: Extracts geometric and dimensional intent from raw conceptual inputs.
  2. Engineering Agent: Applies ISO-1101 standards to generate structured manufacturing documentation.
  3. Validation Agent: Integrates with the Accio Work ecosystem to verify manufacturability against real-world supplier constraints.
  4. Orchestrator Agent: Manages quality control and cross-agent consistency to ensure measurable, factory-ready outputs.

Roadmap to Physical Truth

We value truth over hype. Our development roadmap is gated by physical validation:

  • Q2 2026: System Architecture & V2T Alpha Engine.
  • Q3 2026 (LA Finals): Digital-to-Physical validation of simple CNC brackets.
  • Q4 2026: Expansion to complex assemblies and injection molding DFM.
