Deviser-1.0.0

This is the full release of version 1.0.0 of Deviser.

Here we provide

1. deviser-1.0.0.dmg (installer for macOS including DeviserEdit GUI, deviser and sbmlpkgspec files)
2. deviser-1.0.0-linux-x64-installer.run (installer for Linux including DeviserEdit GUI, deviser and sbmlpkgspec files)
3. deviser-1.0.0-win-installer.exe (installer for Windows OS including DeviserEdit GUI, deviser and sbmlpkgspec files; in addition to a python interpreter)
4. source archives containing the Deviser generator source code only

Documentation is available within the installers, as a pdf or online.

Deviser 0.9 (2015-05-21)

We are pleased to announce the first release of Deviser (the Design
Explorer and Viewer for Iterative SBML Enhancement of Representations).

This release provides the Deviser Edit tool, as well as a basic command
line interface to the Deviser code.

Here we include:

• deviser-0.9.tar.gz an archive for Linux distributions
• Setup_Deviser_0.9.exe an installer for Windows
• deviser_manual.pdf full documentation

in addition to the Source code archives.
