🎨 Palette: Add accessible clear buttons to search inputs

💡 What: Added an accessible clear button (X icon) to the search inputs in Launcher, Projects, and Blog apps.
🎯 Why: Improves UX and accessibility for keyboard and screen reader users by providing an explicit action to reset a search query, rather than forcing tedious backspacing. Crucially, the implementation re-focuses the input element immediately upon clearing, preserving the user's navigational flow.
♿ Accessibility: The button uses aria-label="Clear filter" (or similar), explicit type="button", and explicit focus-visible tailwind styling matching the repository's dark mode conventions. Focus is restored to the input via a React useRef.
