Added clear buttons to the Launcher, ProjectsApp, and BlogApp search inputs to improve usability and accessibility for keyboard/mouse users. Fixed an accessibility issue in the Taskbar clock by replacing the disruptive aria-live attribute with a semantic <time> element to avoid screen reader spam. 💡 What: Added clear (x) buttons to the search inputs in the Launcher, Projects, and Blog apps. Replaced
aria-liveon the taskbar clock with a semantic<time>element.🎯 Why: Search inputs are often cleared repeatedly, so requiring manual backspacing is poor UX. The
aria-liveon a clock updates every 30s and spams screen reader users unnecessarily.📸 Before/After: Visual changes verified in screenshots (Launcher input now shows a clear button).

aria-labels to the clear buttons, ensured keyboard focus remains trapped/handled properly, and fixed a major screen reader interruption bug.Closes #UX-1
