Summary

Adds a simple example of how to listen to data on a tap for writing. Uses the reconfiguration of a cursor for example.

Changes

  • Updates sdk version
  • Adds consumer tap example

Testing

  • Tested on my device, worked as expected.

Could you include whatever python script you are using for sending updates to the tap as well?

@polymerizedsage yes I can I was waiting for this to land first though: sciencecorp/synapse-python#120

ah ok! I am ok with adding that example as long as the requirements.txt notes that the required synapse version is the version of that new python pr
