should we add the LSB value before pushing this? or want to do that in a separate PR?

@namthor9 we should have it be a different PR, because the scifi server side of things will need to be updated before that. |

Summary
Supports the updated broadband frame data type and hdf5 format. Also detects gaps in plotting data.
