I fixed the CI and the wheel building by removing eigenpro and skipping python 3.6 and 3.7 in the construction of the wheels.

If somebody is willing to repair eigenpro, please tell me and we can reinclude it otherwise I will push this soon and do a release because there are people having trouble with the install due to the missing binaries for the last python versions.

Hi @rth, I am one of the authors of the EigenPro. I just notice this pull request. I can take a look at the problem tonight and give you an update. Thanks for notifying us.
