We're picking this work back up in https://smm.atlassian.net/browse/EXTCH-23 and https://smm.atlassian.net/browse/EXTCH-97 I think that this should be enabled in a distinct release from some of the general Stele upgrade work. I'll merge this in as a separate release. |

Added a flag so that user interaction is not required to play audio files. (Specifically, this allows us to trigger audio files to project visualizations in the Time room of the Infestation project.) Playing audio and video without user interaction is disallowed by default in Chrome.
