Subpackage template

If you choose ess template, it asks what subpackages you have in the repo, and then it copies subpackage-template into each subpackage folder.

I just tested with only the first subpackage.

Here are some todo list if we want to proceed this way:

• Run the subpackage copier function in a for loop
• Choose update/copy depending on the status
• Use -d option to skip questions or use the higher level answer from the ess project

I tried this locally and it worked without major conflicts.
