Patch release cutting v0.68.2 for the S3 delete-marker fix (#318):
GetObject/HeadObjectnow return 404/405 withx-amz-delete-markerinstead of surfacing the marker. Changelog-only; the fix already merged via #319. After merge, the merge commit will be taggedv0.68.2(signed) and released, per the protected flow.
