@matthias-da this PR fixes issue #363; the c++ code that actually computes the ldiversity-measures was pretty much simplified as well as some other minor changes for CRAN-compatibility were added (in
src/Framework.h). Also I have added unit-tests forpram()(previously all commented out) andldiversity().
