chore: Updating all the index.mdx and tags whenever you build

Frameworks PR Checklist

Whenever you build locally, it spawns a shitload of changes to basically every index.mdx & tags. It's annoying to have to undo it to keep the PR diffs clean. So just creating this PR here so peeps in the future won't get it

• If you are touching an existing piece of content, tag current contributors from the attribution list
• If there is a steward for that framework, ask the steward to review it
• If you're modifying the general outline, make sure to update it in the vocs.config.ts adding the dev: true parameter
• If you need feedback for your content from the wider community, share the PR in our Discord
• Review changes to ensure there are no typos, see instructions below

Thanks, i was literally about to open the same PR today.

The only thing is that i need to update the script that creates the index pages to scrape off the "Security Alliance"/"SEAL" part, because there is no need to have it there.

For this reason, i think we can close this and i will resolve all of the tags and index with another PR so you can freely run the build locally without problems :))
