Vocs was appending " – Security Frameworks by SEAL" to page titles that already included " | Security Alliance" or " | SEAL" suffixes. Adding `titleTemplate: '%s'` tells Vocs to use the frontmatter title as-is without appending the site title. Fixes security-alliance#357
