애플 권고에 따라 배포 타깃을 올린다. iOS 13·14 기기는 이 버전부터 앱스토어에서 받을 수 없다. TARGETED_DEVICE_FAMILY 의 따옴표 제거는 Xcode 가 저장하며 정규화한 것으로 값은 그대로다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
