Sorry in advanced for my c++ code. For the most part I just copied the existing code and modified it... I'm sure there might be better ways to do some of the changes...
I also added an example of how to call the dll from python.
Note: All macOS changes are completely untested by myself... Someone else would need to test these as I don't have access to a machine on which to test it.
