Patch release cutting v0.14.4 from main. Scope since v0.14.3 is PR #341:

• Allow the active Lens page to play audio, capture microphone input, and select an audio output device, while continuing to reject camera, popup, unrelated, and stale-view permission requests.
• Add the macOS microphone usage description and audio-input entitlements so packaged builds can prompt for and use the microphone.
• Document the Lens media-permission behavior and cover it with focused policy and packaging tests.
