test: add in-app debug menu with DSN switcher

Allow switching DSNs while the app runs via a new floating in-app debug menu. Designed to avoid having to change the DSN in code like in #103

Note: Currently in draft because it causes a crash. Investigating in getsentry/sentry-cocoa#5655.
