The following is a refactor / strip back of the enterprise installation docs.

The focus at the moment at this time is structure / general flow

feel free to throw ideas out on how to improve items

This is far cleaner than the structure we had before. Thanks! Can we port these pages to 25.1-25.3? I made a note about the version in the vNext pages, but obviously that would differ per version. Otherwise, LGTM! Approving contingent on the changes being ported to other versions.

When writing documentation for enterprise customers, focused content is more valuable than comprehensive coverage of tangential topics. By minimizing supporting documentation for third-party systems we don't control and assuming baseline reader knowledge, we can write more focused, relevant documentation about Seqera's products and platforms.

This approach enables us to maintain documentation that serves our intended audience experienced infrastructure professionals while reducing the maintenance burden of keeping third-party system guidance current.

Looks good to me
I only reviewed and left suggestion on the vNext docs, I trust the other changed files are mostly copy and paste

```bash
kubectl config set-context --current --namespace=seqera-platform
```
