Adds RatedWithAI to the Validator / Checker section.

RatedWithAI is an AI-powered website accessibility scanner that checks for ADA and WCAG 2.2 compliance issues and provides actionable fix recommendations. It features a free scanner with no signup required, built on the axe-core engine.

Accessibility compliance is increasingly important for SEO — Google uses Core Web Vitals and accessibility signals in ranking, and ADA lawsuits have exceeded 15,000 in the past 4 years. This tool helps web developers and SEO professionals identify and fix accessibility issues that can impact both search rankings and legal compliance.

Hi — gentle follow-up on this PR. RatedWithAI provides free automated WCAG accessibility testing, which is increasingly part of the SEO toolkit (Core Web Vitals, accessibility overlapping with search rankings). Would love to see it included. Happy to adjust anything needed!

Friendly bump — just checking if this is still under review. Happy to make any changes needed. The accessibility compliance space continues to grow with ADA Title II enforcement, so this section would add real value for readers. Thanks!
