Extract quoted_format and unquoted_format helpers to reduce duplication across the eight existing format methods.
Promote 9 well-defined X-ASSET-URI, X-ASSET-LIST, X-RESUME-OFFSET, X-PLAYOUT-LIMIT, X-RESTRICT, X-SNAP, X-TIMELINE-OCCUPIES, X-TIMELINE-STYLE, and X-CONTENT-MAY-VARY attributes from generic client_attributes to typed accessors with parse and format support.
