Resolves the Flutter 3.44+ deprecation warning about pdf_splitern not supporting SPM. Sources and PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy are moved into the SPM-conventional layout under ios/pdf_splitern/Sources/pdf_splitern/ and macos/pdf_splitern/Sources/pdf_splitern/, with a Package.swift added at ios/pdf_splitern/ and macos/pdf_splitern/. The existing .podspec files are retained as a CocoaPods fallback, with source_files and resource_bundles paths updated to point into the new SPM layout. macOS deployment target bumped from 10.11 to 10.14 to satisfy SPM's swift-tools-version 5.9 floor.
