This Scoring System was designed to predict the risk chronic arthralgia in patients with chikungunya virus infection.
Our model presented a sensitivity of 84% in the derivation cohort and 94% in the validation cohort, with an accuracy of 81% and 76% in the derivation and validation cohort, respectively. The additional parameters and ROC curve are shown in the figure bellow:
