The README mentions ACSI2STM in three places (the hardware- bridges intro list, the per-device target list in "Writing the image to a physical device", and the after-write target list). Convert each mention to a reference-style link pointing to the canonical SidecarTridge docs page for ACSI2STM, mirroring how SidecarTridge Multi-device is already linked via [sct-drives]. A new reference [a2stm-docs] is added next to [sct-drives] at the bottom of the file.

Summary
The README mentions ACSI2STM in three places, all currently as plain text. This PR turns each mention into a reference-style link pointing at the canonical SidecarTridge docs page (https://docs.sidecartridge.com/acsi2stm-atari-st/), mirroring how SidecarTridge Multi-device is already linked via the existing `[sct-drives]` reference.
