4 errors and breakage

you might have a lot of breakage. if all is green, ure very lucky (might happen)

• the sdk drive must not be mounted nodev or noexec or something

deboostrap may work under / but not across drives ! (say booted from USB then not poss to build ISO on hard drive SATA partition) so do last 2 steps in a spacious copy on hd
