did you test this with conformance main anywhere or should we wait until conformance release? (alternatively could also change the conformance commit in this PR just to get the confirmation test run, and then revert that change) |

Summary
This change updates the conformance testing wrapper to support tests that sign a bundle with a DSSE envelope.
Release Note
--in-totoflag for thesign-bundle(sign) command, which in that case will call thesign_dsseAPI
