This fix requires all the turnaround flag blocks to be updated with a threshold -- @mmccrackan had suggested that it throw an error if a value is not included so i chose not to make it optional. Can update this if you guys want a default value (e.g. 0.1 degree). |

…dded 0. for the az_throw_threshold for sub_polyf.py since it doesn't need a real threshold if being called.

@ykyohei this is an old commit and from a misunderstanding on what Michael had suggested. I'm recommitting what is better fix. Also the stationary scan that trickled through for satp2 had an az_throw -- it was just very small from jitter in az |
