This adapts the chart to also use mTLS on the FDB connections. This can be configured purely via environment variables, so no change to sbcli is required. The certificates that are required are already present and can be reused. TLS is only possible when mTLS is set, because FDB does not support non-mutual TLS. As part of this change, the deployment mode of FDB had to switch from split to unified image.
